Wish I read reviews. My card got double charged for the same $70 order and no response from customer service whatsoever. Gonna have to dispute the charge with my bank and now I’d just like to cancel my order.

Let me start by saying I wish I had read the reviews before placing a large order like I did. However, I placed the order and waited about 3 and a half weeks before realizing that my order still didn't ship. When I emailed to figure out what was going on, they took days to get back and tell me that they were sold out of 1 of my 4 products I ordered.. yet they didn't ship anything. Basically told me I was crap out of luck and I would be waiting to get my package until all items are back in stock. My refund took over a month to process and I wish I never wasted my time or money into a business who is corrupt and doesn't care about the customers. Don’t let them fool you with their reply to our reviews saying they made things right, they surely didn’t. There’s a reason every review on here is the same negative experience.

Do not order from Vanity Planet!! I ordered the Skin Fridge which does not get as cold as advertised. They will not take it back because I opened it and plugged it in to see if it worked. This is false advertising and poor customer service! I'm sorry I did not read these reviews before ordering. Unprofessional, cheap company. Stay away!!

I am a very happy woman to have discovered Vanity Planet when I did. They have the most ingenious products that I use in my every day life, I just took advantage of a recent sale and I think I purchased every product they sell :) Being a part of the beauty community on social media I love discovering new brands and products and Vanity Planet has been my favorite discovery by far. They always have amazing sales and the products are top notch!

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering. I ordered 2 weeks ago and still no shipping or tracking info. Now reading this site it appears others are waiting MONTHS for the products to show up, if they do at all. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB and my state attorney general.

I’m going to finally weigh in my thoughts about vanity planet. Love their products, BUT if you want your products on time do not I repeat do not expect to get it with in 5-7 days. It’s been a month and 20 days I am still waiting for my shipment. I was in Walmart two nights ago and I saw vanity planet products are sold in their stores. I guess I’m
spoiled I just want my product as promised. I understand covid procedures BUT 1 month and 11 days seems to be a bit much. So if you are not in a rush for your products go for it. If you want your products right away 5-7 days as promised then look somewhere else. At this point I am willing to pay more to get what I want on time. Unbelievably terrible company. They deleted my review on the website!
They sent me a broken item and have only sent me automated responses via email after their customer service hotline instructed me to do so. I think all the positive reviews on the website must be fake because if I look anywhere else, all the reviews are bad. Do not waste your money on this company. I am out 100$ now because of their terrible quality and customer service. I do not recommend to ANYONE. I will never be doing business with this company again.

So I ordered a product on May 2,2020. I have paid for the product and have yet to receive it. I have sent multiple e-mails as a phone number gets you nowhere. With each email I get a standard return reply that does not address my situation and the phone number has "been disabled at this time" I don't know where the great reviews are coming from because right now I feel as though I have been robbed. They have my money and I have NO product and they make sure contact with someone in the company is impossible. I am limited on the options I can take but I am not giving up! Just don't believe the hype. If I could rate minus 5 stars I would.

So I placed my order on the Vp website April 22, and after sending so many emails and direct messages to Instagram with no proper reply I finally received my package june 8. I am loving my spin brush but customer service really needs to do better.

BUYER BEWARE - SCAM! Quick to take your money however, no product! As with many reviews, I placed an order in April and yet to receive my order. After numerous attempts to contact via the email function on their website, I have yet to receive a response (other than the auto-generated canned response).

I placed an order on April 14th. It’s June 1st and have not received the product! Expect delays and a generic e-mail explaining that their products are experiencing 15-20 day delays.

Placed order In April nothing has arrived I’ve had to email company 15x basically and get generated responses almost every time and you can’t comment to them on Instagram. I asked for money back since it’s been 2 months since purchase almost and they said they wouldn’t refund me since it “shipped” 40 days ago. But of course I have received anything and tracking says it never was sent from post office
